I understand that if my offer is successful, Connect UK Sales Ltd will issue a Reservation Agreement and confirm the agreed Reservation Period. I acknowledge that I will be required to sign the Reservation Agreement and pay a non-refundable Reservation Fee in accordance with the terms set out for the property.

I confirm that I am in a position to proceed with the purchase and that proof of funds can be provided upon request. I understand that full identification and anti-money laundering checks will be carried out by the acting solicitors as part of the conveyancing process.
