Partner Agent Agreement - Terry Storer


 

I write in reference to our recent discussion.

We would be pleased to work with you as a Partner Agent, subject to the following terms:

  1. Role
    You will introduce potential auction properties to Connect UK Sales Ltd and support initial conversations with vendors where appropriate. All formal instructions, negotiations, and auction processes will be managed directly by Connect UK Sales Ltd.

  2. Marketing Support
    Connect UK Sales Ltd will make approved marketing materials available to assist in introducing suitable properties. These materials are to be used as provided and for this purpose only.

  3. Introduction
    An introduction shall be deemed valid where you introduce a property owner not previously known to Connect UK Sales Ltd, and that introduction results in the property being instructed to us and proceeding to exchange of contracts.

  4. Commission
    A fixed commission of £3,000 (+vat where applicable) shall be payable to you for each qualifying property introduced, upon exchange of contracts.
    Commission will be paid within 14 days of exchange.

No commission shall be payable where:

  • The vendor withdraws prior to exchange, or

  • The property does not exchange contracts through Connect UK Sales Ltd.

  1. Vendor Instructions
    Full vendor details must be disclosed to enable the vendor to formally instruct Connect UK Sales Ltd.

  2. Pricing & Auction Process
    All guide prices, reserve prices, marketing strategy, and auction processes shall be determined by Connect UK Sales Ltd and agreed directly with the vendor.

  3. Communication
    There will be regular communication between Connect UK Sales Ltd and the Partner Agent regarding potential auction properties.

  4. Confidentiality
    All information shared in connection with this arrangement shall be treated as confidential.

  5. Non-Exclusivity
    This arrangement is non-exclusive. Both parties remain free to work with other partners or introducers.

  6. Termination
    Either party may terminate this arrangement at any time with 7 days written notice. Termination shall not affect commission already earned on exchanged transactions.
